Forge Welded Grating
Type “WG” forge welded gratings are manufactured by forge welding rectangular bearing bars and cross bars, typically with automated forge welding equipment. Available in carbon steel and stainless steel. Economical design ideal for most industrial applications.
Product Coding
- Bearing bar pitches may be 12.5,15, 20, 25, 23.9 , 30, 30.2, 32.5, 34.3, 35 , 40, 41.4 , 60mm,of which 30mm & 40mm are recommended.
- Cross bar pitches may be 38, 50, 60, 76,100 , 101.6mm, of which 50mm & 100mm are recommended.
- Sign of the bearing bar type:
PF – Plain Flat Bar (may be omitted in the coding)
SF – Serrated Flat Bar
PI – Plain I Bar
SI – Serrated I Bar
- Sign of surface treatment:
G – Hot dip galvanizing (may be omitted in the coding)
U – Untreated
Close Mesh Grating
The spacing of the bearing bar is closer, ranging form 12.5mm,15mm,20mm. In order to reduce overall weight，we have developed one type grating, alternate load bars are replaced by a round bar.It is suitable for application requiring narrow spacing for municipal projects to prevent high heels from being stuck.

Heavy Duty Grating
